At Mike's Master Classes, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations, we provide multiple ways for you to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.

This page provides instructions on how to request data deletion based on how you access our platform.

📘For Facebook Login Users

If you signed up or logged in using your Facebook account, you can request data deletion through:

    Facebook Settings: Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Find "Mike's Master Classes" → Remove App. This will automatically trigger our data deletion process.
  2. 2.
    Account Deletion: When you delete your Facebook account, we will automatically receive a deletion request and remove your data from our systems.

You will receive a confirmation code to track your deletion request status.

🔍For Google Login Users

If you signed up or logged in using your Google account:

    Google Account Settings: Visit myaccount.google.com → Data & privacy → Third-party apps & services → Revoke access for "Mike's Master Classes"
  2. 2.
    Contact Support: Email us at support@mikesmasterclasses.com with your account email to request data deletion.

✉️For Email/Password Users

If you created an account using email and password:

    Email Request: Send an email to support@mikesmasterclasses.com from your registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
  2. 2.
    Include Information: In your email, include your full name and the email address associated with your account
  3. 3.
    Verification: We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • •Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
  • •Course enrollment records and progress tracking
  • •Reviews and comments you've posted
  • •Payment and transaction history
  • •OAuth tokens and authentication credentials
  • •Any personal preferences and settings

  • •Data deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • •You will lose access to all purchased courses and progress
  • •Deletion typically takes 1-30 days to complete
  • •Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., financial records)
  • •Anonymized data used for analytics may be retained

Deletion Timeline

Day 1:We receive and verify your deletion request
Days 2-7:Your request is queued and processing begins
Days 7-30:Data is removed from all systems and backups
Day 30:Deletion is complete and confirmed
