How do I post a review or rate a class? You can post a revew and rate a class by going to the class on the Classes page. Then select the title or "Read More..." and then scroll down to the Customer Reviews. You can choose a rating and enter your review comments and Submit. Thanks for your feedback! |

How do I correct the video freezing when viewing a class? Try selecting the stop and then the play button on your Windows Media Player when this happens. If this doesn't solve the problem, or it keeps happening repeatedly, perhaps you have too many things running on your computer. Be sure to close all programs that you do not need, especially ones that access the internet such as e-mail and instant messenger. Also, internet traffic or your internet connection could be affecting the quality. Your download speed should ideally be at least 282 Kbps. Click here for a Speed Test. |

How do I do download a recording of a Master Class?
Go to "My Classes" and underneath the Master Class you want to download right click (Mac users <Option> click) on the "Download Class" link for PC Format or iPod/Mac Format (If the Class is not available yet, there will be a note stating such) and choose "Save Target As...". After the class is downloaded on your computer, you can view it as many times as you want, using Windows Media Player or any program that can play a .wmv file for the PC Format, or play on your iPod or Mac with the iPod/Mac format. You can download both formats if you like. |

I do not want to pay with a PayPal account. Can I pay with a credit card? Certainly! When checking out, just select the option that you do not have a PayPal account. Then you will be prompted to enter your information to pay with your credit card. |

Will I need to download and install any special software onto my computer? No! This is one of the beauties of the technology we are using. You do not need to install any special software. All you need to do is go to the link under "My Classes" and you will just be using Windows Media Player! Your computer most likely has this installed already - if not, you can find it or upgrade to the latest version at Windows Media Player. |

What if I would like to attend Master Classes from a Master not listed? Is it possible to arrange for a private Master Class on line? Are the Masters available for private parties? Just let Mike know what you are interested in and he'll see what he can do!

When I try to enter a live Master Class, I am getting a message that Windows Media Player cannot connect to the server. What's wrong? Most likely the Master has not started streaming the live audio and video. If you're early, try again later. You can check in the Chat Room to find out what's going on. |

What happens if I change computers after I've purchased and downloaded classes? If you've purchased a class after June 30, 2008, you should be able to move the file to the new computer, or you can just download it again. If you purchased the class on a Windows computer before July 1, 2008, just download it again. |
